How to change the blogger favicon ( The small image next to the address bar )

What is a favicon ? : A favicon where Favi= favorite and con= Iconshort, also known as a website icon, shortcut icon, url icon, or bookmark icon is a 16×16, 32×32 or 64×64 pixel square icon associated with a particular website or webpage.

How to change the favicon from your blogspot blog:
1> Login Blogger
2> In dashboad go to your blog's layout :

3> In layout go to Edit html :

4> Now click in the html box and type ( ctrl + f ) - To find text on a page

and in the search box paste this :

5> Now click on the end of the link press enter and on the new line paste this:

* Note: in the place of URL of your icon file, you put the direct link to the image you want to be as your favicon.

You can upload your image to any free image hosting service and get the direct link of the image.

6> There is no 6!
